SSC CGL 2024 Answer Key: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Thursday released the answer keys of the tier 1 exam of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) conducted between September 9 and 26. Candidates who appeared for the SSC CGL 2024 tier 1 exam can go to the SSC official website at ssc.gov.in or ssc.digialm.com the check and download the answer keys of all the papers.

Candidates must note that they need to provide login credentials such as SSC Registration Number, Password (which they set during the registration process), and enter the Captcha to login the website to check and download the SSC CGL 2024 Tire-1 Exam Answer Key.

SSC CGL 2024: Step-by-step guide to download the answer key

  • Go to the official website of SSC at www.ssc.gov.in
  • Go to ‘Login’ tab available on the top-right of the homepage
  • Enter the login credentials like: Registration Number, Password and enter Captcha
  • A new window will open, select ‘Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024 (TIER-I)’
  • Click on the answer key link available on the page
  • Check and download the answer key of the exam
  • Save the answer key for future reference

Candidates who are not satisfied with provisional answer keys and are interested in submitting a challenge to the same can raise their objection by September 03 (6.00 PM) to September 6 (6.00 PM) on payment of Rs.100 per question/answer challenged. Representations received after 6.00 PM on September 6 will not be entertained.

โ€œRepresentations in respect of the tentative Answer Keys, if any, may be submitted online from 03.10.2024 (6.00 PM) to 06.10.2024 (6.00 PM) on payment of Rs.100/-per question/answer challenged. Representations received after 6.00 PM on 06.10.2024 will not be entertained under any circumstances,โ€ the notification read.

  • Then again login
  • Click on โ€˜Proceed for Paymentโ€™ and then on ‘Pay’
  • Now, click on โ€˜Submitโ€™ to submit your representation

Tier-1 exam consisted of 100 multiple choice questions, which included subjects like general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English comprehension. Each segment was have 25 questions with a maximum of 50 marks. The questions were set both in English and Hindi except for English comprehension. There was a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.

It is important to not that the Staff Selection Commission conducted the CGL 2024 Tire-1 exams between September 9 and 26. Through this recruitment drive, the commission intends to fill a total of 17,727 positions across Group B and Group C categories.
