New Delhi: Bigg Boss OTT 3 fame Armaan Malik and his two wives, Payal Malik and Kritika Malik, have once again grabbed headlines. The family has announced that Armaan and Kritika are expecting their second child.
The announcement was shared with the caption: “Ghar mein khushiyaan aane wali hain” [Happiness is about to enter our home].
Kritika Malik Announces Second Pregnancy
Taking to her official Instagram handle, Kritika Malik shared a picture with Payal Malik to announce the news of her second pregnancy.
In the photos, Kritika was seen holding a pregnancy test stick showing a positive result, while Payal stood beside her.
Armaan Malik is the father of four children with his two wives. He shares a son, Chirayu, and twins, Ayaan and Tuba, with his first wife Payal, and a son, Zaid, with Kritika.
Malik Family in Legal Trouble
Meanwhile, the Malik family is also facing legal challenges. A Patiala district court has issued summons to Armaan, Payal, and Kritika in two separate cases, asking all three to appear on September 2.
Earlier in March, Armaan and Kritika’s son Zaid, born on April 6, 2023, was diagnosed with rickets—a bone disease that makes bones soft and fragile, often caused by deficiencies in Vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus.
The court notices were reportedly sent after petitioner Davinder Rajput accused Armaan of violating the Hindu Marriage Act by allegedly having four wives. According to the Act, a Hindu is entitled to only one marriage at a time.
Armaan Malik and His Marriages
Armaan married Payal in 2011, and the couple has a son, Chirayu. In 2018, nearly six years later, he married Payal’s best friend Kritika, without dissolving his first marriage. They later welcomed their son, Zaid.
This unusual polygamous marriage has often sparked controversy, especially after the trio appeared in Bigg Boss OTT 3 in 2024. Payal was eliminated in the first week, Armaan quit the show in the final week, and Kritika went on to become a finalist.
The family frequently receives backlash for openly promoting polygamy.
