Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has accused him of drugging and raping her at a Diddy party. According to an 88-page lawsuit filed on Friday, October 11, the influencer has dropped new horrifying claims implicating the controversial rapper in a sex crime yet again.
The former OnlyFans star had previously sued West in June for allegedly sexually harassing, stalking her and wrongful termination. Eventually, Ye counter-sued Pisciotta, who worked for him from 2021-22. The Yeezy boss refuted the claims then, calling them “baseless allegations,” and accusing the woman of “blackmail and extortion.”

Pisciotta has yet to file a defence against her former boss’ statement. However, the latest development reported by DailyMail.com details her updated suit, mentioning West’s obsession with sex and his sick fetish and desire to sleep with his targets’ mothers – including his wife Bianca Censori’s family. Additionally, West’s ex-executive/personal assistant accusations also dig into his past as an “anti-semitic bully” and how he trafficked women into the US for sex through his connections at companies like Adidas and Gap.
Kanye West allegedly drugged and raped Lauren Pisciotta years before she started working for him
The bombshell lawsuit states that years before Pisciotta was employed by Ye, the rapper drugged and raped her. He allegedly confessed to the misconduct in the final weeks she was still working for him. Elaborating on her meet-up with her then-future boss, the influencer claimed that she crossed paths with him when he invited her client, a musician, to a studio session and party. Kanye reportedly co-hosted the soiree with his friend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who was arrested in Manhattan this September and has been formally accused of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
Pisciotta’s complaint points out that West declared at the event in question held at the Santa Monica studio that everyone had to drink if they wanted to stay. Consequently, the rapper gave her a beverage as well. Having taken a few sips of the drink, she “suddenly started to feel disoriented and… began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state.”

The lawsuit continues, “She felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where [her] memories of the night escape her.” In the event’s aftermath, Pisciotta’s musical client also refused to get into what had happened the night before.
Years down the line, she purportedly learnt why the other person was “too traumatised and disturbed to speak about that night.”
Other bombshell claims in the lawsuit
Pisciotta describes West as “predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverse and frighteningly calculative.” In her suit, she also addresses him as a “premeditative and sadistic groomer” with “animalistic desires” who used his position in the music industry to feed his “insatiable sexual gratification.”
In addition to accusing him of raping her, Pisciotta claims that the rapper had a “rotating list of guests” he often engaged in sexual activities with in Yeezy’s company offices. His ex-assistant also details his absurd “kink” for wanting to have sex with the mothers of his targets.
The influencer alleged that she received a screenshot of an intimate conversation between him and his wife, Bianca, on September 28, 2022. The text exchange showed that he had expressed his desire to sexually engage with Censori’s wife.
In yet another purported text he sent to Pisciotta on September 13, 2022, he mentioned how he was “determined” to have sex with an “A-list fashion model.”
A separate alleged message shared on June 14, 2022, said, “I feel like you could be a spectator… I just feel like she needs an audience. A beautiful audience lol.”
Further down the line, the Pisciotta’s lawsuit accuses Kanye of “offering up” his sexual partners, employees and other women he had allegedly trafficked as “gifts” to his friends and colleagues. He purportedly did this to have an upper hand in business negotiations. Pisciotta even claimed that he tried to “gift” her too once. An A-list celebrity she had been “offered” to, warned her about the discussion.
The lawsuit lists hotels like the Nobu Ryoka Malibu, Beverly Hills Walford Astoria and San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California, as venues for Kanye’s sex parties. The rapper allegedly used a sexual enhancement product he called “sex honey” and enlisted Pisciotta to always have enough of it ready on hand. She claims that he openly admitted that she planned to lure her into one of these parties, much like he concocted elaborate ways to bring other women there.
The official complaint maintains that West’s “ever-changing moods” caused him to react differently when Pisciotta turned down his advances. Sometimes, he would offer her luxurious gifts, while on other occasions, he would demonstrate “intense anger and frustrations.”
West has infamously been in the news for his anti-Semitic comments in several instances. The official documents filed on Friday state that his vile rants weren’t restricted to social media. She details an alleged instance when West expressed his admiration for the “genius” Adolf Hitler. And then, there was a time when he supposedly ordered for the “biggest hotel suite in LA” to be booked. Due to the lack of availability of his preferred places at the time, Pisciotta rang up their real estate advisor, who in turn called in a favoured and ultimately booked a five-star penthouse in West Hollywood.
Minutes after arriving at the place, Kanye walked out of the hotel and contacted Pisciotta to trash talk about the room. The lawsuit says that he told her, “Of course [real estate adviser] got him that trash hotel room with light blue walls, because that is something a Jew would do .” The docs claim that he sent her numerous disturbing anti-Semitic texts. This eventually led him to call off his partnership with Gap.
Upon exiting the shared office, he ranted about how he was “at war with Jews” at one point. Pisciotta’s complaint also points out that he often yelled “Heil Hitler!” and enacted Nazi salutes around the office. West “would ask employees and guests to reveal their practising religion and, depending on their answer, they could be terminated or asked to leave for a specific amount of time.”
