UP: Private Jet Loses Control During Takeoff In Farrukhabad, Passengers And Pilots Safe | Watch

A private jet lost control during takeoff at Farrukhabad Airport in Uttar Pradesh and veered off the runway, coming to rest in nearby bushes. Fortunately, both pilots and passengers emerged unhurt.

The incident occurred around 11:15 a.m. when the aircraft, operated by Jetserve Aviation, began its take-off roll. After covering roughly 400 metres, the plane veered off course, lost alignment, and finally stopped near the perimeter wall.

A video shared by ANI shows the aftermath of the incident, with the aircraft lying on the ground, its wings and propeller clearly visible. While the plane sustained limited damage, the front portion is noticeably inclined toward the ground.

 

 

According to media reports, the passengers included Ajay Arora, Deputy Managing Director of Woodpecker Green Agri Nutripad Pvt Ltd, who had arrived with a team to inspect an upcoming beer manufacturing unit in the Khimsepur industrial area; Sumit Sharma, head of SBI; Rakesh Tikku, Vice President (Operations); Captain Naseeb Wamal; Pratik Fernandez; and Manish Pandey, UP Project Head.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the runway excursion, and no casualties have been reported.
